Linux Sucks!

I tried installing Linux SuSE 10.0 on my computer. The video drivers it uses are apparently incompatible with my graphics card. So, I then tried to uninstall it. Linux didn't like this. First off, the boot loader (that's the program that allows you to choose between Linux and Windows at startup) decided that, if it couldn't find Linux, it couldn't boot anything. So, I reinstall Linux and am back where I started. I looked around on the net and found some instructions on how to remove the boot loader. Apparently, somebody got their wires crossed somewhere, because when I did that, Windows would no longer boot. Now, I got lucky, because I remembered that my hard drives were in a reverse configuration (my primary drive was actually set as slave) and this is what is going to save me. Apparently, Linux installed its boot data to the secondary (really master) drive. So, all I had to do is set my primary drive to master. Unfortunately, for the moment, this means I don't have access to my secondary drive, because I don't have enough jumpers to set it to slave (the previous configuration required no jumpers on the drives, so I had to borrow the one off my CD drive temporarily; I don't have access to my disc drives, either).

In conclusion, Linux sucks.

That is all.

May the Force be with you.
